TBA Consultancy B.V. changes legal entity name to Portwise B.V.

Per 30 August 2024, our legal entity name has changed from TBA Consultancy B.V. to Portwise B.V. We consider this name change to be the last step in the process of launching Portwise, our new brand name. The name has changed, but our cooperation will remain as you have come to expect from us. We therefore look forward to continuing our cooperation.

What will change for you?

The implication for you as a customer of TBA Consultancy B.V. will be that you will receive our invoices under a different company name. Suppliers of TBA Consultancy B.V. should address their invoices to Portwise B.V. instead of TBA Consultancy B.V. As such , you may have to make changes to your financial administration. Except for the change in legal entity name, there will be no other changes to our company information. Information such as our address, Dutch chamber of commerce number, VAT number, bank account number, remain the same.
