Portwise will present at CTAC North America

The Container Terminal Automation Conference is coming to Norfolk, Virginia, following seven successful years in Europe! We’re happy to announce that Yvo Saanen of Portwise will be the keynote speaker at this CTAC North America event.  

CTAC brings together the world’s leading container terminal operators in one room and features addresses from C-level executives, as well as panel discussions on topics such as container terminal safety, automation, AI, electrification, and more! 

Scheduled for November 14th and 15th, 2023, the first North American edition of CTAC will be supported by The Port of Virginia. The conference offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn from established leaders and disruptive innovators in the port and terminal industry. It will feature panel discussions, keynote addresses, and case studies on groundbreaking automation and technology projects. 

Alongside Mr. Rich Ceci, Senior Vice President of Technology and Projects at Virginia International Terminals, Dr. Yvo Saanen, Managing Director and Founder of Portwise, will share insights and experiences in a keynote session on ‘Container Terminal Automation Lessons Learned Based on 20 Years of Experience in the Port of Virginia.‘ 

This session is scheduled for Day 2, November 15th, from 10:45 to 11:15 AM.
